 ... Sundays are the most wonderful days for my mum. Almost every Sunday my mother and I  head to the Market Day. In this day, merchants and sellers come from allover the village to sell their merchandise for our town locals. Therefore, we find most of our neighbours  and relatives  there. Hence, the first thing we do when we reach there is to go to used clothes stalls which sell very cheap clothes with high quality. For example,  last Sunday,  mum got me a pair of beautiful blue socks , a Jean and a Nike trainers. After that , we go to the greengrocers to buy some fresh vegetables and fruits. Next to it, there is always a  fishermen where we buy some seafood for my father, because  he loves it to the moon and back and every Sunday  reminds us to buy some for him. Next, we get delicious  traditional plats as our lunch because when we make it back home there would be no time to prepare  a lunch . Finally, after finishing  lunch, we head back home.  How marvelous is the market day .

 .....   last year, my father build a house for my older brother as preparation for his marriage. Therefore, we quickly started the Construction by firstly getting the necessary things that we will surely need. The work took almost three months to be finished ,but it was the most amazing period that we lived together. That period taught us what unity and dependency really means. For, from the very beginning of the work almost all our next door neighbours had been in our house helping us from dawn to sunset.  ……………Table manners are the steps that we go through when we go to a nice restaurant or have guests in our house. Therefore, we need, first, to set the table formally. For example, on the table there must be; bread plate and its knife, dessert spoon, cake fork, dinner knife, tea and soup spoon. In addition, we may need salad and dinner fork. Finally, there must be napkins and glasses of water for everybody. When the meal time arrives, we must not forget these steps because they are the most important ones in table manners. First, when we sit at the table, we first have to place a napkin on our laps. Then, we should avoid putting our elbows on the table because it is the most obvious thing that goes against table manners, also we have to wait for everyone to start eating. most importantly, we must use the fork and knife and never use fingers. Because, it doesn't only supply  it with the necessary  nutritious elements  such as minerals( salt and sugar ) and oxygen، but it is also the main liquid that keeps our body in continuity. Therefore, to keep it  fit and healthy we should eat alot of healthy food such as meat, milk , eggs, fruits and vegetables. Moreover, we must  keep it hydrated . That is,  we have to drink a lot of water everyday. We also should consume alot of citrius fruits( القوارص) like orange and lemon juice. More importantly, garlic plays a vital role in improving blood circulation  in the veins. Because, it is not only associated  with enhancing the immune system ( جهاز المناعة ) ، but it also  decreases blood pressure.  Hence, blood is the fuel for our whole body and without it we would be surely dead. So, protecting it from diseases is the major mission for any person globally. 

  ...... I would like to describe my humble house to you . Actually, we have got a quite big house that composed of  five rooms. On the right part of it there are two bedrooms one for my parents  and the other for my sister and I. On the left, there is a large kitchen with an external yard where we place all the things that we do not use alot. Next to it , we have the living room which is quite wide with a huge T.V placed on the wall, two armchairs and a big sofa for three persons. There's also a quite long corridor  at the left end of it there's the bathroom and on the right a large door that takes to the garden and the parking lot.   I love my house a lot and I want to invite  you one-day to visit  us .

 ......  .....  Today is my birthday. Therefore, me and my family are going to share the missions. So, I'm going to write the list of the people that I want them to come, and my mother is going to prepare the shopping list to get all the necessary  things for the party. Then she will bake the most delicious  cake ever. In addition,  my sister is going to clean the house, pushes the furniture against the wall to get enough space for dancing . Moreover, she will decorate the living room with colored balloons , ribbons and other things. Additionally , my father is going to pick some funny games that  me and my friends will play at the end of the party .

 What do you do on your spare time ? ....   Spare time is the time when you have not almost nothing to do. So, on my free time, as many people at my age do, nowadays, I either play my virtual  video games with my friends or watch my favourite  Japanese  Anime series. But, unusually, last Sunday , my friends and I chose to do some volunteering  works. So, we  cleaned up the neighbourhood. Where we sweeped in front of our houses and even the other houses of our next door neighbours. In addition, we took the garbage  to a far place to throw it . In addition, my friends and I love to play soccer. So, almost every Saturday evening we take our ball and go to the park that is not far from our homes, where we spend almost the whole day playing soccer.  I'm thankful  for having a spare time for myself  to do whatever I want  .

 ..... Our society in itself is based upon dissimilarities. In other words , Man is created differently in order to achieve the goal of existentialism. For example people have not the same skin tone , neither  mother tongue , nor common traditions and beliefs . therefore, such differences would function as doors to all people  to discover  each others diversities. Another thing is worthy to mention , that even the divergence in opinions would result in exchange knowledge. That's to say , what I know may not be the general truth of everything and you may add another suggestion or argument . For more explanation , having different set of mind and different way of thinking may be just another corner from which we can look and analyse life issues . Hence , your different opinion may be another tool to explain the world differently . The more we are open to hear each other the more our knowledge to the surroundings grows larger than life.

Hence, everyone on earth has his own problems in different shapes. Therefore, depending  upon harmful consumptions such as smoking would only make things worse . ...... Smoking for many people have been a refuge from life burdens. But for others, in  this regard we may hint at teenagers, who  considered it as a sign of youth and manhood even though with their intuitive knowledge  of its poisonous  effects on the human body . First, the gradual rising of nicotine level in blood may block its movement  in the veins , which would slowly cause hazardous diseases such as heart strokes and sudden attacks. Moreover,  smokers aspirate a lot of smog into their lungs that is why a big number  of people are suffering  from lung cancer . ........ Friendship , has always been the corner stone for a healthy yet balanced life . It teaches us how to be united and cooperative specially in hard times . that is to say , that when we have someone who  cheers us up and be there everyday to give a hand is  something we must be thankful for. For example , good friends will always push you to be better than what you already are specially when it comes to your family relationship . For, their advice is most of the time functional . Moreover , friends would be the ones who lead the way in front of you because of the common age and common generation , they sometimes be smart and clever therefore they would be able to open your eyes to things that you may not be able to recognize on your own , specially when it comes to how to behave within society .

....... having a step mother is in fact a double edged sword.  On the one hand,  some stepmothers are very evil and severe with their husbands' children . As a fact , a very famous story  took a firm grip on all social media happened in Egypt talking about a step mother who forced her husband's daughter to leave school at the age of 8 and take care of the homework and the new born child . As a result , the little girl was burned and beaten to death  just because she was unable anymore to handle the housework. On the other hand , some step mothers are even much better than the mothers themselves. So, here we can speak about the famous Bahrainian  singer Hala  Turk who left her mother to leave with her father and his new bride . Who she( Hala) most of the time pointed at as someone better than a friend for her .  ........ Therefore , no one can deny the having a step mother may be a cradle or a grave .

...... Travelling is a cure to the mind and soul . It enable us to be always accompanied by people whenever we head . For example , going on a trip to another country whether for working , studying or spending a holiday allows us to see the world from a different corner . that is to say , it enables us to  discover a different world from ours with different languages traditions and even a different geographical space. The African continent   is very different from the European , the Asian and the others ones . Therefore , it would be a precious gift to organise a trip to any place in the world.

 ....... Through my very short life I have carried an unlimited number of memories specially those that  are related to my school period . Some were sad and painful and others were beautiful and happy and all , now , taste good . Those days I spent among my teachers and friends are the most precious ever . And I also remember crying hard when the teacher gold me to sit next to a boy for I thought it was something prohibited.  Moreover , I still miss those days when me and my friends run and laugh in the courtyard of the school happily . Those were the golden days in my life when I was ultimately innocent and know nothing except playing , singing and learning .
