How to

 ....... smoking has always been a problematic issue for alot of non smokers. Therefore, numerous governments sought to ban smoking  in public ammunities in order to decrease having air-pulled places.  However, this hasn't worked effectively. Hence, From my own perspective, I think banning can take the form of policy-level measures. That is to say, decision makers should implement high taxes on tobacco manufacturing in order to regulate who can purchase it or how and where they could be purchased, and where and when they can be used.  Additionally, prevention can also take place at schools. Teachers should always raise the teenagers awareness about the harsh health risks caused by smoking that would surely impact the human body resulting in breathing difficulties and lung cancer. On this way , we may succeed at a certain level in decreasing smoking habit among people. 

 ......... Science has greatly helped humans to monitor a healthier life. For example, It succeeded to  provide us with medicine to cure illnesses which were before uncureable: such as cardiovascular diseases, and we can mention  heart strokes. Additionally, couples who were unable to fertilise in the past,  become capable  of giving birth. Thanks to the invention of pills and medicines that treated the problems of fertilization for alot of married couples. Moreover, our life has become far more easier with the current existing of technologies. We become capable  of traveling the globe without moving  a finger. Also, we no longer use our hands to do things like the house shores. For, we started to have machines that are able to handle everything. Hence, science has been involved in cooking, eating, breathing, driving, playing, etc. The fabric we wear, the brush and paste we use, the shampoo and the oil we apply.  ...... ...... The best investment a country can profit from is the investing in education. Education, has always been a highly profitable business. Because, in this way decision makers are building generations who are going to labour their country afterwards. Hence, governments in non developed countries like Tunisia should seriously look at this field deeper. For example, they should reconstruct old schools which are no longer appropriate for studying. In addition, they should implement  more supervision within classrooms which will systematically  obliged the students to be obedient and respectful. Also, it will push teachers to provide  a well detailed  course. For, alot of teachers nowadays stopped  explaining  the course as it should be.  They just let pupils work on their own and then afford some time for correction. What is worthy to mention, is the national contests that should be backed again in the educational schedule. Because, it will...

  ..... The world is a massive place that should be discovered and travelling is one of the keys to do so. For example, it opens our eyes to the world by making us visualise 🤔 how tiny  our countries are. Additionally, it has been scientifically proven that it decreases blood pressure and heart attack for both men and women. Further, it also enhances the  immune system and lowers cortisol levels , which is the stress hormone that accelerates ageing. Hence,  it indirectly keeps us fit , healthy and young. Therefore, from my own point of view I will never consider it as a waste of time or money. But rather a very useful tool to live our life properly. 

 1 er  Education  matters  . ......  As Nelson Mandela  said ": education  is the most powerful weapon to change the world. Indeed, it is a very useful tool for financial  stability. That is,  we can achieve a  better standard of life when we have diplomas and qualifications, such as being successful lawyers, doctors and engineers. Additionally, education  plays and important role in the empowerment  of women and helps to shrink  gender gap between males and females. For, both become  capable  of handling  the same positions. Hence, education  is a very Important  instrument to empower the individual.

  ...... Life matters or let's better  say the prime problems that happen among families are mainly the  misunderstanding  that happens between the parents  and their children. For example, parents always want to grow their kids the same way their parents did to them. Therefore, they always try to prevent them from owning a mobile phone out of belief that it would spoil their educational  life. In addition , they don't want to allow them to wear whatever they choose or even going out with their friends. Hence , some teenagers end up running out of their homes.

 .....one-day  our school decided to organise  a voluntary campaign in order to help ( elders in elder houses  / kids in orphanages). Therefore,  we were devided into small groups . Some went to super markets such as carrefour , MG , etc collecting various types of goods. Others headed to big companies  like Delice ,Unilever, SAID to gather  donations  such as money and clothes. I was ultimately  cheerful  of what i have done that day. For, after collecting all these items we drove to elderly house where to spent whole day there chatting, telling  funny jokes and  laughing loudly.  That was the most fabulous part of the journey. Hence, how wonderful  is volunteering   because it taught me how to be helpful and co-operative
