This is a real story happened in our village.
... ***** I was too young at that time , but I remember very well every single detail of the incident.
***** There was a family who moved to our village from a far and their daughter Jasmine quickly became a very close friend to my sister Emma; maybe because they had been classmates.
She was a fair skin girl with a very beautiful face and smile. She might owned the world' kindness in her green eyes. She was always smiling and cheerful. Additionally, she kept telling enjoying yet funny jokes, and my siblings and I liked her for this humouristic temper. She was almost 17 or 18 years old at that time and for us ( my sisters and I) she seemed quite old. Just a year before, tragically, her life turned upside-down. She was in love with a guy and as she told my sister that they were meeting secretly because back at that period such relationships were not allowed at all. It was considered a crime and would surely be punishable by parents. However, she followed her heart and passion and insisted to live her own love story. Things, started to take a totally different direction when her brother found out about the matter from a man who surely kept an eye on them. Hence, one-day, the neighbour came again to the brother to tell him where they are seeing each other, and in a hurry the boy headed to the spot Carrying a knife in his hand. Close enough to the area, there was their cousin who coincidently was passing from there, saw the brother and tried hard to stop him ,but , unconsciously the brother stabbed him to death. He stabbed his cousin, and he was urgently taken to the hospital but sadly it was already too late. The brother couldn't believe it that he torn the wrong guy out of mistake. His eyes were full of sadness, madness and fear. He couldn't even reconsider what just happened above his eyes. That's why, acting in anger would be extremely vulgar, and regret wouldn't be functional at all. That is why, one should try to settle down his temper before any devastating decision that would sooner or later put an end to the the light that is making its way to his eyes. The man had been arrested and was sentenced to five years in prison. But the family of the deceased cousin promised to take revenge by killing all members of the criminal's family. Therefore, they fled to live in our area very far away. All this happened above her eyes, Jasmine lived with the feeling of guilt that she viewed as her living sin. Therefore, she promised herself to work hard and graduate to be a successful lawyer in order to sort out her brother from jail, even though her brother promised to slaughter her once he makes out of there. However, the life' arrow was flying much faster to her. After two years from being a very dear neighbour we heard that she was diagnosed with cancer. The type of sickness that is uncureable. And in a very short period of time she passed away. Letting this severe world to , maybe, a much better place Carrying with her sorrow, sadness and guilt.
Time went swiftly like air, and the brother finally made it out of prison and came to the village. I have never knew him before, but he was a bit scary where some sort of harsh brutality was hidden into his eyes.
Almost two years passed, then we heard that the whole family moved back to their old house, and since then we don't know nothing about them until now.
